  From the very beginning William was very responsive. I called several companies around the AV and we chose William H Finnegan Construction because he was very attentive, thorough, honest, and professional. He was very detailed and walked us through the quote process, and made sure he understood our wants for our kitchen remodel. When the project began and Geno and the crew showed up, the professionalism and attentiveness continued. The crew never missed a day and stayed on schedule. Communication with both William and Geno was consistent, they kept us very informed, and was very easy to get a hold of either via text, phone call or email. They both offered design opinions and helped transform our outdated 90s kitchen to a beautiful, sleek, modern design. My favorite parts of this project are how they were able to convert a closet into a pantry,  the custom built dog cubbie in the island and new dry bar with a beverage fridge.   Will Finnegan Construction was recommended by my next-door neighbor. I had seen his work in my neighbor's house, and I figured I would give him a call. He came and gave me quote with as much information as possible. His price was around the same ballpark as other quotes, but the other companies lacked the communication that he showed from the get-go. He gave me a time frame and they exceeded my expectations. The foreman Geno was great. The crew was super respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Finnegan construction. The windows look great, and the extra time Will spent to go over all the details shows how he prides himself in his company's work. If you are in the market to get any work done at your home.   I hired William H Finnegan Construction for a complete kitchen renovation with additional renovation jobs throughout the home. When I initially looked around for estimates, many companies would not make time for me, but Will did. In every meeting we had, Will was timely and clearly communicated with my partner and me. We had an issue arise and had to reschedule our initial start date, and Will was flexible, which we thoroughly appreciated.

When the job started, the team took care to ensure our house was thoroughly sealed and protected. The team was timely every day, and everyone communicated with me what was happening and when.

The quality of work the team provided is second to none. Everything from the baseboards to the custom hood is immaculate. My kitchen is everything I had hoped for and more.

I highly recommend William and his team; everyone was professional, kind, and took care to ensure our house was clean and intact. The team helped make our house into our home, and I am thankful that we hired William H Finnegan Construction.

  Finnegan did a tile and Caesarstone repair for us that no one else in town would do.  They sent Gino , very polite and professional tile setter who did an excellent job that exceeded our expectations.  The repair was tricky as some of the ties were damaged but Gino was very precise in his measurements and cutting so that the flaws are barely visible.

  This was our first construction project and we were so nervous to begin the process. We interviewed a couple companies but they just didn't seem to fit. When we met Will for the first time, we immediately connected and knew this was going to be a great experience. And our intuition was right. Will, Geno and his team were always so professional and communicated with us constantly about updates, changes and concerns. They took amazing care of our house during the 6 week process. They were precise with their timeline to the projects and made adjustments to make sure our home continued to function between the projects. We couldn't be happier with the result of our remodel.   There are not enough good things to say about William H. Finnegan construction.  William returned the quote request quickly and it was very competitive out of the four total quotes I received.  Work started within our agreed upon timeframe, and work was completed all day, every day, until project finish.  Geno and the work crew were attentive to our needs within the household, and did an excellent job of keeping our home clean during the process.  Communication is so important, and the communication was outstanding.  William and Geno ensured we were in the loop throughout the process, and both were easily accessible by text or phone.  The final product is amazing, absolutely beautiful, and was completed within the projected timeframe.  The team routinely went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction.  They even repaired a manufacturer defect on one of the parts that was purchased when the manufacturer became obstinate in providing a replacement.  William and Geno advised us to let them know of any “final touches” that might ensure our satisfaction, but we haven’t found anything required to improve upon their final product.  If you are looking into a construction project, do yourself a favor and call William H. Finnegan construction.

  We needed our fascia and eaves repainted on our 2-story house, but when we got a quote from Will and Dave, we decided it was worth it to get the whole house painted. They were competitive in price (probably our 5th quote) and all their workers were covered by worker’s comp, which was a requirement for us. The quality of their work was outstanding and Dave was very patient in answering all of our questions and always on time. Dave and Will were very quick to respond to us and when they finished, Will asked if they could improve in any way, which is something I’ve never heard before from a contractor.   We live in TX, but have a rental in CA.  William and Dave were prompt to give us a very detailed quote.  The pricing, communication and quality of work were great. They even did the work earlier then estimated.  We had a new front door installed and exterior paint done and are very pleased.
